Our company is hiring a Chef de Cuisine to create and lead culinary dishes for our clients. You will be directly in charge of devising and implementing recipes for all meals served at events, coordinating with staff and working with the Executive Chef. Your responsibilities will also include keeping up with inventory, managing food orders and preparing food for parties, banquets and other events. As a Chef, you must have great organizational skills to handle tasks and manage a wide range of responsibilities. You should be able to create and follow recipes accurately, manage our food budget and use technology to maintain inventory control. We expect you to have some knowledge of food procurement and supplies as well as good communication skills with other members of staff. In this role, you must be able to prepare appetizing meals to meet high standards while maintaining high quality standards safely. Ultimately, you should have outstanding leadership skills while maximizing operational efficiency through effective system management.
