Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
- Execute specialized floor care procedures including carpet cleaning, tile scrubbing, to maintain flooring excellence.
- Ensure sanitation protocols are strictly followed to promote a healthy environment; handle waste disposal and disinfect surfaces regularly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally while maintaining discretion and respect for privacy.
- Assist with household or facility management tasks such as organizing supplies, restocking essentials, and coordinating maintenance requests.
- Apply techniques to uphold hygiene standards in both residential and commercial settings; utilize appropriate cleaning products and equipment.
Experience
- Proven experience in residential or commercial environments with a strong focus on detailed cleaning tasks.
- Prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred, demonstrating excellent attention to guest satisfaction.
- Skilled in various cleaning methods including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and laundry operations.
- Knowledge of housekeeping management principles to efficiently organize tasks and supervise cleaning staff if applicable.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and supplies; ability to adapt techniques based on different surfaces and environments.
- Experience with housekeeper management or supervising teams is a plus but not required.
