We are currently looking for an experienced Auto Body Painter with a proven track record of success. Our shop uses Sherwin Williams Ultra 9K and Sunfire Refinish Systems. As an applicant, you are expected to fully understand the paint process, from start to finish. This is a flag hour position with guarantee pay.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Must have full knowledge of paint application and color-matching process without assistance or supervision
- Conduct vehicle inspections and assess if it may have additional needs prior to refinishing
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, priming, and masking
- Perform buffing and polishing to achieve a smooth and clean finish
- Ensure quality control by inspecting completed work for accuracy and adherence to specifications

- Must have you own tools or be willing to rapidly obtain them
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Auto Body Painter
- Proficient in auto body painting techniques and safety procedures
- Strong knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems
- I-Car certification (preferred, or must be willing to obtain. We pay for your training and continuing education!)
Skills:
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with the job
- Detail-oriented with a focus on precision and accuracy in refinish and repairs
- Ability to accurately perform color-matching without assistance or supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and find effective solutions
- Excellent customer service skills for rare interactions with clients in a professional manner
