We are seeking a motivated, mechanically inclined Manufacturing Maintenance Assistant to help keep our production equipment operating safely and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong mechanical aptitude who enjoys troubleshooting, solving problems, and continuously learning new technologies.

Responsibilities
- Assist with repair and maintenance of manufacturing equipment and production machinery.
- Perform preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
- Assist with repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively.
- Work with maintenance lead to identify root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
- Work closely with production personnel to maximize equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Assist with documentation on maintenance activities and communicate equipment status clearly.
- Continuously develop technical skills through on‑the‑job training and mentoring.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and industrial equipment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Quick learner with a desire to expand technical knowledge.
- Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality.
- Experience in a role involving technical or mechanical knowledge is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
- Positive attitude with a desire to grow into a manufacturing maintenance technician role.
