We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Dog Yard Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our bustling outdoor dog care area. Duties
- Supervise daily dog yard activities, including playtime, and exercise routines
- Ensure proper dog handling techniques are followed to guarantee safety for both staff and dogs
- Maintain cleanliness of the yard area, including waste removal and equipment and yard sanitation
- Monitor dog interactions to prevent conflicts and promote a harmonious environment
Skills
- Experience in dog handling, training, or pet care roles is helpful but not required
- Strong animal handling skills with the ability to manage dogs of various sizes and temperaments
- Experience with pet grooming or pet sitting is helpful
- Excellent communication skills for team interactions
- Ability to perform lifting safely when moving large dogs
