Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team.
Hours : 8:30-4pm monday-Sunday 2 scheduled days off.
Must be 18 years or older To apply.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including residential homes, hotels, and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service while ensuring that all areas are sanitized and well-presented.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and presentable for guests or residents.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas, restrooms, and other high-traffic zones.
- Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, waxing, and polishing to ensure a safe and clean environment.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests or inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Follow established housekeeping management protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
Experience
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and equipment is a plus.
- Experience in hotel or residential cleaning environments is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks throughout the shift.
