Fresh Products is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join its customer service team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries to ensure a positive customer experience. The successful candidate will go through a structured onboarding and training period including our product, industry, and customer service training program.
This is a full-time onsite position which will support our customer service department, reporting directly to the customer service supervisor. It is based at our facility in Perrysburg, Ohio. Job Responsibilities:

Accurately input customer orders into our ordering system, ensuring all information is correct and up to date, with the ability to achieve targets for new order entry.

Interacts with customers to provide support and information on products, solutions, and order status.

Follows through to ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ issues and concerns.

Maintains customer accounts and utilizes CRM system to capture interactions with details of inquiries.

Uses knowledge of products and solutions to answer inquiries or to forward to the appropriate staff.

Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:

Ability to multi-task, maintaining order entry pace while also addressing customer phone calls.

Ability to be consistently pleasant and professional, smiling through the phone.

Proficiency in typing and navigating computer-based ERP and CRM systems for data entry.

Experience solving problems and driving all the way to resolution.

Ability to build strong relationships with others to get the job done.

Excellent communication skills including active listening.
Required Education and/or Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree or some college coursework a plus.

Minimum 1-2 years of customer-facing experience required.

Successful experience working as part of a team, professionally, at school, or in your community.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to work cooperatively as well as independently.

Candidates must be highly organized, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
