The Role
You'll be the trusted point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships and identifying growth opportunities. You'll work with sales, marketing, and operations to help clients succeed and grow their business with us. This is your chance to own client relationships, develop your skills, and directly impact company revenue.
What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts as the primary client contact.
- Conduct regular check-ins to understand client needs and satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Track account metrics and use Salesforce (CRM software) to monitor client health.
- Resolve client issues quickly and escalate to leadership when needed.
- Partner with marketing and operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue retention and growth targets.
- Prioritize multiple accounts and manage competing priorities effectively.
What You'll Need
- 2 to 4 years of experience in account management, sales, or client success.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Experience using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus).
- Comfort making decisions based on data and metrics.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with Salesforce (CRM software) or similar platforms.
- Track record of exceeding retention or revenue targets.
- Experience managing complex client relationships with multiple decision-makers.
