Join our small private Dental Office as a Manager/Treatment Coordinator/Insurance specialist, where you will lead the daily operations of our dental practice while providing exceptional patient care. This role combines administrative excellence with clinical coordination, ensuring smooth practice management and a positive patient experience. You will oversee Dental insurance coverage, send claims and treatment authorization requests, financial management, compliance with healthcare regulations, and treatment planning, all while fostering a welcoming environment for patients and the doctor. Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, patient flow, to optimize efficiency and service quality
- Oversee fiscal responsibilities such as budgeting, billing, collections, and financial reporting using practice management software Softdent
- Coordinate patient treatment plans by explaining procedures, scheduling follow-up appointments, and ensuring understanding of financial obligations
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, JCAHO standards, and state health policies to protect patient privacy and ensure quality care
- Oversee medical records management and electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems), ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of patient information
- Experience with dental PPO Insurances and Dentical
- Experience in Softdent dental software
Skills
- Proven experience in dental office management within a dental or healthcare setting with supervisory responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of healthcare management system Softdent patient management software
- Excellent management skills encompassing, billing procedures, and PPO/Dentical processes such as claims/TAR's
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA compliance, JCAHO standards, health regulation policies, and utilization management
- Exceptional managerial communication skills to lead teams effectively while maintaining high levels of customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for reporting and documentation purposes
- Ability to navigate complex dental terminology and manage dental records accurately in electronic systems
- Experience in dental background is a must
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in dental billing, coding
- Experience in patient education and dental treatment plan acceptance

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
