In My Heart Psychology & Counseling is a growing private practice dedicated to providing exceptional mental health services to children, teens, adults, couples, and families. We are seeking a professional, compassionate, and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist/Patient Care Coordinator to join our team.
Position Summary:
As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional experience while ensuring the daily operations of the office run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls accurately and professionally
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using productivity software and calendar management tools
- Handle data entry tasks with precision, maintaining accurate records in spreadsheets and databases such as QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, including filing, photocopying, and document proofreading
- Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, filing systems, and clerical support to team members
- Assist with client communication via phone, email, or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Requirements
- Proven office experience with strong computer literacy across Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry processes
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal communication skills, including phone communication and customer support experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous medical, behavioral health, or customer service experience preferred.

Schedule
- Full-Time or Part-time
