As our Custodian, you’ll play a vital behind-the-scenes role in creating a safe, welcoming, and spotless environment for our guests and team members. Your work will help us shine from the floor to the ceiling—and everywhere in between.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all guest-facing and team areas, including dining room, restrooms, and kitchen
- Sweep, mop, scrub, vacuum, and sanitize as needed throughout the restaurant
- Clean and restock restrooms daily
- Empty trash and manage waste areas
- Handle light maintenance and deep cleaning tasks (e.g., dusting vents, cleaning baseboards, polishing stainless steel)
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist with any other cleaning needs or special projects assigned by leadership
Requirements
- 18+ years old
- Availability starting at 5 am
- Must have Friday/Saturday availability
- Superior organization and communication skills
- Able to lift 50lbs, stand, crouch and climb step stools throughout shift
- Able to work in fast-paced environment
- Display a positive attitude, attention to detail, problem solving skills
- Ability to multitask
