As our Board-Certified Internist or Residency Trained Veterinarian, you’ll have the opportunity to perform advanced diagnostic and therapeutic procedures such as endoscopy, ultrasound-guided procedures, and complex case management. Your expertise will be essential in enhancing the level of care we provide while mentoring and supporting the professional development of our team.
Your Contributions:
- Board-Certified or Residency-Trained in Internal Medicine
- Florida Veterinary License (or the ability to obtain)

Emergency Veterinary Clinic of Destin is a growing emergency veterinary care facility that has been providing exceptional veterinary care in the Northwest Florida Panhandle. We were created by area veterinarians to fill the after-hour and critical care needs of their patients, and we continue to serve that capacity for the entire region with two locations. Our full-service emergency and critical care practice is located on the Emerald Coast of Northwest Florida with its sugar sand beaches and multi-cultural lifestyle.
We see a large and diverse caseload and set high standards for emergency and critical care medicine. Our practice is well equipped with digital radiography, ultrasound, endoscopy, doppler, and a surgical suite. We house a full-service Veterinary Reference Laboratory that provides STAT laboratory testing for our patients. We provide hematology, chemistry, endocrinology, coagulation, blood gas, lactate, urinalysis, and additional routine tests. We have a highly trained and experienced support staff with a high staff-to-doctor ratio to allow for excellence in the care of our emergency and critically ill patients. We take every step to give pets the best possible care and the first step is our wonderful staff.
