Position Summary
We are seeking an entrepreneurial, highly motivated Senior Product Manager, Commercial Marketing & Market Development to drive downstream marketing initiatives, physician engagement, commercial execution, and industry event leadership. This role will play a critical role in accelerating market adoption, supporting commercial growth, and strengthening customer engagement. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with Sales, Clinical Affairs, Medical Education, HEMA, Executive Leadership, and external physician partners. A significant responsibility of this position includes ownership of national and international congresses, tradeshows, workshops, and customer engagement programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Marketing & Commercial Execution
Develop and execute downstream marketing strategies to support product adoption and revenue growth.
Create and maintain marketing collateral, sales tools, physician education materials, customer presentations, and digital assets.
Partner with sales leadership to identify market opportunities and develop targeted growth initiatives.
Support product launches, market expansion activities, and commercial campaigns.
Gather customer insights and market intelligence to refine positioning and messaging.
Collaborate with clinical and physician education teams to align scientific and commercial communications.
Tradeshow & Event Leadership
Lead planning and execution of all national, regional, and international congresses, tradeshows, workshops, and customer events.
Manage event budgets, timelines, vendors, logistics, exhibit strategy, and on-site execution.
Coordinate speaker programs, customer engagement activities, product demonstrations, and lead-generation initiatives.
Develop post-event performance analyses and ROI assessments.
Ensure consistent, premium brand representation across all customer-facing events.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Collaborate with Sales, Clinical Affairs, Medical Education, HEMA, R&D, Operations, and Executive Leadership.
Support customer advisory boards, physician training programs, and market development initiatives.
Work closely with global teams to align messaging, branding, and commercial priorities.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of medical device, healthcare, or life sciences marketing experience.
Demonstrated downstream marketing experience.
Proven experience leading national tradeshow and congress activities.
Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel approximately 30–40%.
Preferred
Urology experience strongly preferred.
Experience in prostate cancer, BPH, surgical technologies, imaging, oncology, or minimally invasive therapies.
Experience supporting physician education and KOL engagement programs.
Previous experience in a growth-stage, entrepreneurial, or emerging medical technology company.

Compensation
Base Salary Range: $135,000 – $145,000
Annual Performance Bonus: 10–15% , Stock Options
