Pivot Staffing- one of the fastest growing staffing firms in the Midwest- is seeking a bilingual (Spanish speaking) bilingual recruiter to work in either the Massillon/Strausburg/Dover Ohio area. Pivot Staffing has tripled in size in the last year and the growth requires growing our internal team with a bilingual recruiter.
We are hoping to hire our bilingual recruiter by August 7. Our bilingual position is an internal position being an employee of Pivot and not an assignment or position with one of our many clients!

MUST BE SPANISH SPEAKING BILINGUAL
Pivot offers our Bilingual Recruiter:
* $18-$25/hour
* Monthly commissions (commonly $500 to $1,500 monthly)

Duties for the Bilingual Recruiter:
* Recruit candidates to fill our administrative, light industrial, housekeeping, and hospitality openings.
* Call Indeed candidates and conducting phone interviews. Invite them in for a face to face interview if you think they are a good match.
* Generate new candidates from getting referrals.
* Call candidates from our CRM database
* Conduct face to face interviews
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
