Position Overview
Fascinations seeks a motivated Part-Time Manager to join our Scottsdale Rd/Shea Blvd team. This entry‑level leadership role balances hands‑on retail responsibilities with opportunities to own shifts, support store operations, and deliver a sophisticated, welcoming shopping experience for customers exploring intimacy, apparel, and wellness products. Key Responsibilities
Open and close the store as a trusted keyholder, ensuring security, cash reconciliation, and readiness for each shift.
Lead the sales floor during assigned shifts: provide knowledgeable, confidential customer service and make product recommendations that align with customer needs.
Coach and support part‑time staff: assist with onboarding, on‑the‑job training, and ongoing performance feedback.
Execute merchandising and visual standards to maintain a clean, inviting, and brand‑consistent store presentation.
Manage inventory tasks including receiving shipments, restocking, and conducting cycle counts to minimize shrink.
Operate POS, process transactions accurately, and handle cash and electronic payments according to company procedures.
Monitor loss prevention practices and report incidents; follow company safety and compliance policies.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 18 years of age and legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Availability for a flexible part‑time schedule, including evenings and weekends
Strong communication and customer‑service skills; ability to interact respectfully and professionally on sensitive topics.
Basic cash handling and POS experience; attention to detail for transactions and paperwork.
Reliable transportation and ability to arrive on time for scheduled shifts.
Ability to lift up to 40lbs and perform routine physical tasks related to retail operations.
Preferred Qualifications
Retail or hospitality experience, especially in boutique or specialty stores.
Previous supervisory or keyholder experience with opening/closing responsibilities.
Familiarity with intimacy, wellness, or apparel product assortments and an enthusiastic, nonjudgmental approach to education and sales.
Experience with inventory systems and loss‑prevention best practices.
