About the Role
We are urgently hiring dedicated Cooks and Kitchen Staff to join our team at the Trailhead Restaurant, part of the Rocky Mountain Gateway. As a hybrid line and prep cook, you will be responsible for both preparation and line duties during your shift.
We value exceptional hospitality and serving the best food possible to our guests. We are looking for hardworking team members who bring attention to quality and detail in their food preparation.
Responsibilities
- Dual Duties: Execute both prep and line cook tasks efficiently during scheduled shifts.
- Station Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation at all times.
- Quality Control: Ensure high standards of food quality and detail in all preparation and plating.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside management to establish a reliable schedule that supports both you and the restaurant.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 55 per week
