Position Overview
The Area Sales Manager for Home Builder will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing client relationships within the designated region. This role requires a strategic approach to market analysis, effective communication, and strong leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality home-building services to clients.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives in the home building sector.

Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.

Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.

Collaborate with project management and construction teams to ensure alignment on client expectations and project deliverables.

Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management.

Prepare and manage budgets related to sales initiatives and client projects.

Foster networking opportunities to build relationships within the industry and expand the company's reach.
Qualifications

Experience in managing a sales teams overseeing 4-7 communities

Managing 8+ sales counselors.

Proven experience in sales management within the home building or construction industry.

Strong knowledge of construction management and project management principles.

Excellent client relations skills with a focus on customer service and satisfaction.

Demonstrated ability in contract negotiation and relationship management.

Solid understanding of market analysis and budgeting processes.

Proficient in team leadership with the ability to motivate and develop team members.

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

Experience using CRM software to manage sales processes and customer data.
