We are currently hiring entry level CDL-A drivers for Regional routes based out of Rockwood, VA. It does not matter if you just graduated from CDL school or already have some miles under your belt - if you have a valid CDL and the desire to succeed, we want to hear from you. This role offers dependable freight, competitive weekly pay, and the advantage of getting you home every single weekend while running Regional routes.
Pay & Benefits
- Pay rate of $0.60 CPM
- Weekly take-home typically falls between $1,300 and $2,000 depending on miles and experience
- Annual income projected between $67,600 and $104,000
- Average weekly mileage between 1,500 and 2,800 miles
- A one-time $300 bonus issued after completing orientation

Home Time & Schedule
- Home every weekend - consistent, reliable, and never compromised
- Day and night shifts are both on the table
- Weekend availability may occasionally be required based on freight demand; holiday time off requests are taken into consideration
- Routes are planned and shared with drivers ahead of time for smoother scheduling
Equipment
- Entire fleet made up of 2024 or newer Freightliner Cascadias - kept in excellent shape and always road ready
- All trucks come with automatic transmission for a relaxed and comfortable driving experience
- Every load is strictly 100% no-touch - you drive and we handle everything else
- All vehicles undergo regular professional maintenance and inspection
Freight Details
- Regional routes launching out of Rockwood, VA running throughout surrounding states
- Loads stay consistent and available every single month with no gaps or slow periods
- Drivers are set up with well-organized lane assignments and solid dispatch support on every run
Driver Responsibilities
- Safely and professionally manage all Class A tractor-trailer operations on every assigned Regional run
- Thoroughly inspect the vehicle before and after each and every haul without exception
- Keep all ELD records up to date, accurate, and in complete compliance with DOT regulations
- Verify that freight is loaded correctly and fully secured prior to departing on each trip
- Remain in clear, timely, and professional contact with dispatch for the entire length of every run
Minimum Requirements
- A valid and current Class A CDL is required - no exceptions
- Drivers fresh out of CDL school are actively welcomed and encouraged to apply
- Must be at least 21 years old at the time of application
- Must present a clean and verifiable driving history
- Drug and alcohol clearinghouse record must be fully clear and in good standing
- Passing a DOT physical and drug screening is mandatory before getting started
