Join our dynamic outpatient clinic where you'll make a meaningful impact on patients' lives every day. We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate, treat, and empower referred patients on their road to recovery.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate functionality, physical capabilities, limitations, and medical history
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans with realistic, achievable recovery goals
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and specialized techniques
- Administer therapeutic modalities including massage, electrical stimulation, and assistive devices
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records documenting progress toward goals
- Collaborate with referring physicians and the care team to ensure continuity of treatment
What We're Looking For:
- Active state Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
