We’re looking for a General Manager to lead the team at Fount Board & Table. We're a neighborhood spot known for beautifully curated grazing boards, great drinks, and warm hospitality.
We’re serious about quality and guest experience, but not stuffy about it. This is a place for gathering, celebrating, and lingering a little longer at the table.
The Role
You’ll oversee daily operations, lead the team, and keep the culture strong. That means being present on the floor, supporting staff, ensuring guests feel genuinely cared for — and handling the behind-the-scenes work that keeps everything running smoothly.
Responsibilities Include:
- Hiring, training, ordering, scheduling, and payroll
- Maintaining a warm, welcoming neighborhood culture
- Upholding service standards and guest satisfaction
- Managing labor, budgets, and daily financial reporting
- Overseeing inventory, organization, and overall maintenance of the space
- Solving problems calmly and setting the tone for the team
We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience
- A people-first leader that doesn't sacrifice quality and guest experience
- Someone organized, detail-oriented, and financially responsible
- A hands-on presence who enjoys being on the floor
- A genuine appreciation for hospitality (and a well-built cheese board doesn’t hurt)
