Brady Business Group is a growing virtual consulting firm helping small and mid-sized businesses across retail, restaurants, and construction improve their operations and scale their revenue. We work with business owners nationwide and are expanding our team.
The Role:
We're looking for an ambitious, personable Business Development Representative to be the public face of BBG. This is not a data entry job. You'll represent our brand professionally on LinkedIn, build relationships with business owners, and help generate qualified conversations that turn into clients.
What You'll Do:
- Manage and grow BBG's LinkedIn presence
- Post content 3-4 times per week representing the BBG brand
- Connect with and message prospective business owner clients
- Book discovery calls for the founder
- Report weekly on outreach activity and results
What We're Looking For:
- Comfortable being visible and professional on LinkedIn
- Confident representing a brand publicly
- Self-motivated and coachable
- Business, marketing, or communications background preferred
- No experience required — attitude matters more
