Earning Potential
This is a commission-based position with uncapped earning potential. First-year agents commonly earn between $50,000 and $250,000, with top producers having the opportunity to earn substantially more through renewals and residual income.
Vesting begins immediately, giving you the opportunity to build long-term income from the start of your career.

Key Responsibilities
- Learn and consistently apply the company's proven sales process
- Educate clients on life, health, and Medicare insurance options
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the policy process
- Stay current on insurance products, compliance requirements, and market developments
- Consistently meet activity, performance, and production goals
