Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Restaurant Service Manager to lead our dynamic hospitality team. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate all restaurant activities to ensure high-quality service and operational efficiency
- Lead staff training initiatives to enhance team skills in food preparation, customer service, POS systems, and food safety protocols
- Manage shift schedules, monitor labor costs, and optimize staffing levels for peak performance
- Oversee food handling, inventory control, and food production processes to maintain quality standards
- Handle cash management, POS transactions (including Aloha POS and Micros POS), and daily financial reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with health regulations, safety standards, and food safety management practices
- Conduct staff interviews, performance evaluations, and ongoing training to develop a motivated team
Skills
- Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food industry operations
- Extensive knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing and sales tracking
- Skilled in managing inventory control, food safety procedures, and food handling standards
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams through supervising experience, staff training, and team management skills
- Excellent communication skills for managerial coordination, customer interactions, and staff development
- Strong organizational skills with proficiency in basic math for cash handling and profit/loss analysis
- Experience in managing hospitality teams within casual dining or fine dining environments; banquet or catering experience is a plus
