Porter - Laborer

We are seeking candidates for Porter/General Laborer to work at The Biltmore Apartments in the North Dallas area.
General Laborer/Porter/Light Maintenance job description includes but is not limited to the following:

Daily grounds pick up in all outside areas, which includes maintain a neat area around all outside dumpsters. Inside trash pick-up includes the club house, fitness room and various public restrooms on site.

Assist Maintenance with heavy trash disposal in turnover apartments. Light maintenance may include basic plumbing and electrical.

May be required to dismantle and dispose of various structures at the property.

Outside grounds maintenance may include blowing/raking leaves, spraying weeds, snow removal and salt spreading, pool maintenance, cleaning gutters, and digging holes or trenches as needed for various purposes.

May be required to operate small power tools.
Requirements:
Candidates should be able to lift 50-75 lbs
Able to climb stairs and ladders
Reliable transportation to/from work - driver's license preferred
Working conditions include exposure to weather.
