What You’ll Do
- Assemble mechanical equipment and systems to specification
- Test your own work to ensure proper function
- Inspect components for quality (scratches, defects, etc.)
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues
- Apply advanced assembly techniques and serve as a quality example
- Calibrate and maintain tools and workstation equipment
- Follow safety standards and maintain an organized workspace
What You Bring
- 4+ years of mechanical assembly (or equivalent hands-on experience)
- Strong mechanical aptitude — you enjoy fixing and building
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Familiarity with precision measuring tools (micrometers, etc.)
- Problem-solving mindset with a “can-do” attitude
- Dependability — ready to start your day at 6:00 AM
- Ability to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
