In this role, you'll work closely with attorneys, experts, clients, and outside agencies to help move cases forward from investigation through trial.

What You'll Do
As a key member of our team, you will:
- Draft responses to discovery requests, including gathering, organizing, and Bates labeling documents.
- Prepare and file pleadings, motions, orders, certificates of service, jury demands, hearing requests, and notices of deposition.
- Review briefs and compile supporting exhibits.
- Request, review, organize, and summarize medical records and billing records.
- Prepare damages summaries and case-specific reports.
- Create hearing and trial notebooks, including gathering motions and relevant case law.
- Prepare detailed summaries of depositions and witness testimony.
- Submit requests for accident reports and public records through IPRA, FOIA, and other agencies.
- Conduct background investigations on parties and witnesses using court dockets, social media, TLO reports, and other resources.
- Coordinate with expert witnesses by scheduling conferences and providing case materials for review.
- Assist attorneys with trial and arbitration preparation and attend proceedings when needed.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Paralegal in a litigation-focused law office.
- Strong knowledge of legal research platforms, including LexisNexis and Westlaw.
- Experience with case management, document review, and legal document preparation.
- Excellent writing, proofreading, and communication skills.
- Ability to summarize medical records, billing records, depositions, and other case materials.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience with document management systems and administrative case support.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with litigation procedures and deadlines.
- Experience in construction law and general civil litigation.
- Trial and arbitration support experience.
