The Opportunity
We're looking for compassionate mental health clinicians who are ready to build or grow their practice with dedicated support. As an Independent Business Owner (IBO) partnered with Husk, you'll have everything you need to run your practice in one place, from EHR and billing to credentialing and marketing, so you're not piecing together systems or doing it alone.
This is a business-to-business relationship with the opportunity to maintain full clinical autonomy, set your own schedule, and build your caseload on your terms, with unlimited earning potential. Husk handles the infrastructure, backed by a real support team, so you can build a practice that lasts.

Who we're looking for
- Licensed mental health professionals (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PhD/PsyD, or equivalent)
- Fully independent, active license in good standing and a valid NPI
- Passionate about wellness and committed to individualized, client-centered care
- Self-starter who is comfortable managing a professional caseload independently
- Interested in building or growing a sustainable independent practice
- Strong communicator with a commitment to quality client care
Your earning potential grows with your caseload. As an IBO, income varies based on factors such as session volume, payer mix, and caseload size. Husk provides the tools to help maximize your income growth.
