The Warehouse Operations Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of warehouse, inventory control, courier, and related support activities, exercising independent judgment to resolve operational and compliance issues, prioritize workloads, and maintain overall efficiency. Responsible for supervising warehouse personnel, coordinating daily work assignments and schedules, monitoring inventory accuracy, and ensuring compliance with established policies, procedures, safety standards, and inventory control requirements. Assists management in planning, coordinating, and evaluating warehouse functions while serving as a primary operational resource and leader for staff. Operates under the general supervision of an administrative superior.
QUALIFICATIONS
This position requires qualified applicants to possess one of the following:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance/Accounting, Marketing, or related field; minimum of two (2) years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, materials management, or related activities, including one (1) year of lead or supervisory experience,
OR

An unrelated Bachelor’s Degree; minimum of three (3) years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, materials management, or related activities, including one (1) year of lead or supervisory experience,
OR
-
An Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance/Accounting, Marketing, or related field; minimum of four (4) years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, materials management, or related activities, including one (1) year of lead or supervisory experience,
OR
-
An unrelated Associate’s Degree; minimum of five (5) years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, materials management, or related activities, including one (1) year of lead or supervisory experience,
OR
-
Graduation from high school or an equivalent recognized certification; minimum of six (6) years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, materials management, or related activities, including one (1) year of lead or supervisory experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred qualifications include:

Experience managing a large distribution warehouse operation,
- Experience with courier/mail operations,

Experience using CGI procurement system (Advantage), and
-
Experience using MS Office Suite programs.
