As a part-time Sales Associate in our Saginaw, MI store, you'll be part of a fast-paced team to help customers have a welcoming shopping experience, be knowledgeable about products and promotions, and ensure every interaction is accurate and compliant. Keep the vibe fun and efficient – we want people who love what they do, and are great at it too. Key responsibilities include greeting and guiding customers, asking the right questions to match needs with products, demonstrating confidence about strains and current offerings, and using sales techniques like upselling and cross-selling when the time is right. You'll run transactions with strong cash handling and POS system proficiency, verify IDs and purchase limits, and keep the store stocked, labeled, clean and organized to help the store achieve its goals.
