The Top 5 Reasons to Work for Vibrant Laser Dentistry:
1. Fun: We put the "FUN" in "Dental Fundamentals." We are a disciplined, well-oiled engine of growth, but we also believe that dentistry should be fun and people should look forward to going to work each day.
2. Thinking BIG! The benefits of being the dental field is that we can typically diagnose and treat the same day versus other areas of medicine that can sometimes take days, months, or years to diagnose and treat. Now with laser and regenerative therapy we can do even more for our patients in one single visit. Think of what you are able to do for your patients that can alter lives in one day.
3. Growth: we are on the cutting edge of dentistry. We provide numerous areas of opportunity to grow and expand your abilities, responsibilities, value, and influence.
4. Great people: We hire only the best. For a typical position we sift through several resumes and interview at least ten people. Make it in, and you'll be working with some of the best practitioners in the field.
5. Treats: We offer our employees free facial aesthetics services, Starbucks, and treats. We believe that taking care of and supporting our employees is the most important thing we can do. And together we can better take care of patients.
