What You’ll Do:
- Specialize in leasing and rental transactions, guiding clients through the full rental process — from showings to lease signing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, and tenants.
- Conduct market analysis to help clients make informed rental decisions.
- List rental properties and create compelling marketing strategies to attract qualified tenants.
- Schedule and host property tours and open houses.
- Manage leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain an active pipeline.
- Collaborate with a supportive team and leverage Keller Williams’ industry-leading training and technology to grow your business.
Qualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts Real Estate License
- Minimum of 1 year of real estate experience
- Proficiency in GSuite and strong technical aptitude
- Flexible schedule
Compensation:
