What You'll Do
As an Operations Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of our Service, Parts, Graphics, Paint & Body, Warranty, and Accounting departments. You'll help ensure smooth workflows, accurate documentation, efficient invoicing, and timely communication between departments, customers, and vendors—keeping our operations running efficiently and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate workflow between multiple departments.
- Review documentation and work orders for accuracy.
- Support invoicing, billing, and operational reporting.
- Communicate professionally with customers and vendors.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records.
- Assist managers with projects and daily operational needs.
- Help identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word).
- One to three years of office, operations, or customer service experience preferred.

- Monday–Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Occasional overtime as business needs require
