Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospital medicine, skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or a related setting. This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, physicians, and facility staff.
Qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license required
- Experience in hospital, skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation settings preferred
- Knowledge of EMR systems preferred
- Strong computer skills, including the ability to manage patient lists, problem lists, email, and documentation systems
- Ability to complete timely and accurate documentation and coding
- Excellent communication skills, including professional phone communication with families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive and professional attitude
