Vintage Luxury Homes is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Project Coordinator to support daily operations and assist with the coordination of luxury residential construction and development projects.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to project managers and executive leadership.
- Coordinate project schedules, permits, contracts, and client communications.
- Track project documentation, selections, invoices, and deadlines.
- Schedule meetings and maintain organized project files.
- Follow up with clients, vendors, municipalities, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Assist with proposals, reports, and general office operations.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and project management software.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Construction, real estate, or project coordination experience preferred.
