Position Responsibilities Include:
- Leading the team by communicating, coaching, motivating and building sales
- Focus on both FOH and BOH to build great team work
- Ensure that BOH and FOH employees are providing all guests with the highest standard of service and food quality set by Upper Deck
- Make sure every shift is managed properly by using the operational tools each shift
- Enforcing our service standards to create experiences that leave lasting emotional impressions to our customers.
- Ensure cleanliness is maintained in all areas of the restaurant
- Create an environment that is positive, productive and fun to work in
Qualifications:
Skills/Requirements
- Serving and Bartender experience is a must
- High-energy and Enthusiastic
- Hands-on (TEAM – Together Everyone Achieves M*ore)
- Able to Create Positive/Fun Working Environment
- Passion for Restaurant Industry and Superior Guest Service
- Well-Organized and Strong Problem Solving Skills
- Knowledge of Back of House or Previous KM Experience a Plus
- High school diploma and 3 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant or related field
- Develop and implement creative solutions to areas of improvement
- Assist in conducting staff and daily pre-shift meetings
- Assist in any areas of the restaurant when staffing constraints require
- Identify employee weaknesses and retrain as necessary
- Manages inventory efficiently, accurately, and in a cost-effective manner.
- Fosters open communication with kitchen and FOH staff
- Current Manager ServSafe Certification
- Must be familiar with the toast POS
