What You’ll Do
- Work on active government & commercial construction projects
- Assist with site prep, demolition, cleanup, and material handling
- Use hand and power tools
- Support skilled trades and equipment operators
- Help keep job sites safe, clean, and productive
- Learn the industry from experienced crews
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic
- Reliable and accountable
- Willingness to learn and work hard
- Able to work outdoors and stay active
- Team-oriented attitude
- Construction experience is a plus — but not required
Schedule
- Winter: Monday–Friday
- Summer: Monday–Thursday
(Yeah — 3-day weekends in the summer.)
