Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Mechanic to join our service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair, diagnostics, and maintenance, with experience working on various vehicle makes and models. Candidates with dealership experience and expertise in modern automotive systems are highly preferred.
Hiring for both our Alden and North Tonawanda locations, willing to provide training at our Alden location. Candidates for our North Tonawanda location will have the two-bay shop to themselves, so they will need to be motivated and organized in order to accomplish tasks on time. Must have own tools.
Starting pay is 20-33/hr depending on skill level, with a bonus structure when dealership hits monthly goals and 60 day performance review.
Duties
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics using schematics and diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately.
- Conduct repairs and maintenance on various vehicle components including engines, transmissions, powertrain, suspension, brakes, shocks & struts, and steering systems.
- Interpret technical manuals and schematics for precise repair procedures.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic with a solid understanding of automotive diagnostics and repair procedures.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle maintenance and inspection requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Pay: $22.00 - $33.00 per hour
