SCHOOL HEALTH PROGRAM COORDINATOR/NP
The School Health Program Coordinator/Nurse Practitioner position is based at the School Health Sites.
Responsibilities: Coordinates School Health Program, manages day-to-day clinical functions of the Program. Provides comprehensive primary care services to patients at school sites and Health Center. Oversees quality assurance, staff development, and other clinical and regulatory adherence functions of the School Health Program.
Qualifications: Current NYS PNP License, Current PNP Board Certified, CPR Certification, Infection Control Certification, Excellent written, vebal and interpersonal skills, two to three year experience in healthcare, supervisory and administrative required. Bilingual Spanish preferred. NYS Provider Medicaid and Medicare # required.
DOE fingerprinting required.
Schedule: Full time (35 hours per week, 7 hours per day with an unpaid lunch).
Salary: 160-165k per year dependent on experience. Consideration for negotiation of a sign on bonus.
