Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service flow during all shifts.
- Lead staff training and development to maintain excellent customer service standards.
- Oversee food preparation and presentation, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling.
- Control inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and coordinate with vendors for supplies.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist with shift management, including scheduling, staffing, and coordinating team efforts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management, with a strong background in food industry operations.
- Hands-on experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS.
- Knowledge of food safety management, food handling procedures, and health regulations.
- Strong leadership skills with experience supervising hospitality teams and managing kitchen operations.
- Excellent communication skills for managerial tasks such as interviewing, training, and team coordination.
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, budgeting, and profit/loss analysis.
- Previous assistant manager or supervisory experience in casual dining or fine dining settings is highly desirable.
