We are presently seeking a Pool Attendant for our Mai Tai community located in Orlando, FL who will maintain the cleanliness of community common areas, including those of the office and model, while serving residents in a professional and efficient manner for20 hours per week.
As a Pool Attendant, you will:

Clean community pool daily.

Observe and enforce all pool safety rules and regulations.

Clean and maintain pool deck and surrounding area.

Perform regular supply inventories to advise management of needed equipment and supplies, including First Aid kit or equipment.

Monitor residents during pool hours.

Record and maintain log of residents’ pool usage.

Ensure pool maintains local codes/policies for operation. Submit monthly pool operations report to Community Manager for Department of Environmental Quality.
- Close pool during signs of threatening weather.

Obtain state certifications as required.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 6 months previous experience residential cleaner, preferred.

High School diploma or GED required.

Valid operators license.

Ability to climb, bend, stretch, twist and walk continuously.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Ability to tolerate exposure to cleaning products and other chemical compounds.

Excellent customer service skills.

Ability to efficiently perform job responsibilities independently.
