General Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager the Warehouse Lead is responsible for verifying/receiving inbound and outbound loads, uses a pick ticket to identify needed product for orders and stages product loads in appropriate areas for loading and shipping. This position is also responsible for maintaining facility housekeeping to keep facility clean and orderly. Preparing items for shipment, supporting the Shipping and Receiving areas through continuous retrieval of material in accordance with processes established by Corporate Management.
Detailed Responsibilities include the following:
· Oversee process to ensure will call orders are completed accurately and within company goals
· Review workload and assign tasks to employees
· Properly train and coach warehouse employees; recommend discipline and development opportunities
· Establish, maintain, and promote exceptional customer service
· Correctly interpret and enforce company policies and safety procedures to ensure compliance; safely operate various equipment and tools
· Provide support and backup to warehouse management
· Has an oversight to inventory and warehouse activities to drive proper stocking practices
· Promotes accurate and efficient inventory management processes, including but not limited to material handling, shipping/receiving, delivery order planning and, scheduling
· Communicates with truck drivers and Shipping and Receiving to coordinate and planning of deliveries as to how to load on 18 wheelers and pick deliveries as scheduled to job sites
· Enforces accurate retrievals from storage and correct order fulfillment,
· Accurate receiving and shipment of inventory
· Effective record keeping by properly identifying, sorting, and organizing the inventory
· Resolve common issues regarding shipping, receiving, inventory, and missing stock
· Load and unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, manual lifting, and other related methods.
· Conduct Accuracy Check for loads after verification, inventory and cycle counts, and other related duties.
· Understand and support company policies and procedures, ensure company policies and procedures are supported and followed
· Keep all machines in good condition and working properly by performing daily inspections and reporting issues
Skills and Qualifications:
· 2-3 years plus experience in Warehousing
· Forklift experience
· Able to push, pull, carry or lift 50-100lbs frequently with or without reasonable accommodation.
· Proficiency in Microsoft office: Excel, Word, Outlook
· Proven organizational skills.
· Excellent verbal and communication skills
· Customer service and provide excellent service
· Availability to work a flexible work schedule as needed including planned and unplanned
· Attention to details and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
· Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
