Duties:
- Perform mobile grooming services, including bathing, brushing, clipping, and styling for various breeds of dogs and cats.
- Assess the condition of pets' coats and skin, providing appropriate care recommendations.
- Handle pets with care, ensuring their comfort and safety during grooming sessions.
- Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating with pet owners about their pets' needs and grooming options.
- Stay updated on the latest grooming techniques and trends to provide high-quality services.
- Keep the grooming van clean and organized.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of grooming experience.
- Excellent customer service skills to build rapport with pet owners and address concerns.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of various dog breeds and their specific grooming needs is an asset.
- Physically capable of handling pets of various sizes and temperaments safely.
- Safe driving skills required due to the mobile nature of the business.
- Groomers must supply their own clippers and scissors.
