Key Responsibilities
Team Supervision & Workflow Management: Directs daily warehouse personnel, assigns workload schedules, and supervises all shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment operations to ensure maximum productivity.
Shipment & Logistics Coordination: Coordinates inbound and outbound freight using major carriers—such as FedEx, UPS, and freight haulers—while generating necessary transport documentation like Bills of Lading (BOLs) and order manifests.
Inventory Control & Auditing: Oversees accurate stock replenishment, tracks inventory movement using systems like Microsoft Excel, and conducts routine physical cycle counts to eliminate discrepancies.
Facility Safety & Equipment Operation: Enforces strict safety protocols, maintains storage standards, and ensures proper maintenance and certified operation of material handling equipment such as forklifts.
Vendor & Department Communication: Collaborates closely with suppliers, internal engineering, and administration teams to resolve shipping delays, manage returns, and streamline supply chain processes.
What You Bring to the Launchpad
Aerospace Experience: 3+ years of warehouse leadership experience within the aerospace, defense, or high-precision manufacturing sectors.
Logistics Mastery: Proven expertise in managing high-volume shipping and receiving operations, carrier scheduling, and export/import compliance documentation.
Hands-On Leadership: Track record of supervising warehouse personnel, improving workflow efficiency, and enforcing workplace safety protocols.
Technical Savvy: Certified forklift operator with proficiency in inventory tracking software and Microsoft Excel.
