Sign-On Bonus
To qualify for the $300 Sign-On Bonus, applicants must:
- Work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
- Maintain at least 20 hours per week for 60 consecutive days.
- Complete their first shift within 14 days of their initial interview.
All eligibility requirements must be met to receive the bonus. Additional terms and conditions may apply.
Competitive Pay: Guaranteed minimum of $26 per hour for the Downtown Cleveland delivery area. On average our drivers make over $28.50 per hour.
Wage Calculation: $16/Hour (Platinum Tier) plus all tips go to you (Tax Free) (Average of $11 tips [per hour) at 1.5X rate for overtime hours. $0.40 mileage reimbursement as calculated by the DoorDash app. If you have a week with low tips, we automatically increase your pay to become $26 per hour! You will never make less than $26 per hour and a portion of it is tax free (tips and mileage).
Priority on DoorDash orders versus Independent Contractors who are not shown the orders first!

You drive your own car!
Shift Start Time: 4 PM
Shift End Time: 6 PM to 4 AM depending on what we agree to.

Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain metrics related to attendance, performance, and safety.
- Deliver groceries, alcohol, meals from restaurants and more.
- Safely drive your personal vehicle and following strict safety standards.
- Operate your vehicle safely, your own insurance is what covers you if you have an accident.
- Work in all weather conditions such as heat, rain, snow, etc.
- Walk lengths of driveways and up/down stairs with packages.
Driver Qualifications:
- 2 Years driving experience
- Have a Valid Driver’s License; Commercials Driver’s License (CDL) Not Required
- Pass Background and Motor Vehicle Check.
- Proof of auto insurance policy being active (REQUIRED)
