Key Responsibilities
- Perform general construction tasks, including:
- Framing
- Drywall hanging and finishing
- Woodworking and wood finishing
- Dropped ceiling installation
- Commercial flooring
- Painting and wallpaper installation
- Assist completing repairs and maintenance across facility systems:
- Basic plumbing
- HVAC support
- Other building systems as needed
- Assist with branding updates and specialized projects
- Follow safety and infection‑control procedures, especially in patient areas
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in commercial construction or building maintenance
- Skilled in drywall, commercial flooring, painting, and general repairs
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various weather conditions
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends or after‑hours when needed
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check
