Holy Bones Inc. is a growing nonprofit organization based out of St. Mary’s Church in Pompton Lakes, NJ. Our mission is simple and meaningful: we employ adults with disabilities to bake and package healthy, all-natural dog treats that are sold throughout Northern New Jersey.
We are currently looking for an energetic, outgoing, and self-motivated Part-Time Sales Representative to help service our existing retail stores and expand our retail presence throughout Morris/Essex/Somerset Counties.
Holy Bones products are already carried in approximately 40 local supermarkets and independent retailers — and we’re just getting started.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver product to current retail locations and develop relationships with merchants.
- Identify potential new new accounts in your area (local supermarkets, pet stores, and independent retailers.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with store managers and buyers
- Follow up with existing accounts and help increase product visibility
- Represent a mission-driven nonprofit making a real community impact

What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, confident, and professional communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and self-motivation
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and store managers
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
- Local to the Morris/Essex/Somerset County area
Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required. We’re happy to train the right person with a positive attitude and strong people skills.
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
