Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with dental practices and dental laboratories
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets
2. Product Knowledge
- Stay informed on the latest dental products, technologies, and industry trends
- Educate clients on the features and benefits of our products and services
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries and concerns
4. Market Research
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities
- Analyze competitors and market conditions to optimize sales strategies
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the dental industry
- Minimum 1 year of prior sales experience
- Prior experience selling to dental practices or dental laboratories strongly preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $69,000 – $80,000 per year (DOE)
- Commission: Performance-based (details provided during interview)
