We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clarity and completeness
- Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Process sales transactions accurately while upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales revenue
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and assisting with food handling when necessary
- Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience
- Support team members with food preparation, beverage service, and other duties as needed to ensure seamless restaurant operations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or casual settings
- Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus
- Demonstrated ability in customer service with excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper sanitation practices in the food industry
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and process sales efficiently using POS systems
- Culinary experience or spirits knowledge is advantageous for providing expert recommendations to guests
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a lively environment
- Basic math skills for processing payments and calculating bills confidently
- Experience with wine knowledge, cocktail preparation, and beverage service is highly desirable
