SUPERINTENDENT – INDUSTRIAL/ MANUFACTURING
A General Contractor is looking to add an experienced Superintendents to support industrial, and manufacturing construction projects.
This is a long-term opportunity with a strong backlog of work already in place. Projects include ground-up new construction, expansions, renovations, and facility upgrades within active industrial and manufacturing environments.
The right candidate will have experience leading field operations on large industrial, manufacturing, distribution, mission critical, or other complex commercial / industrial projects.
Responsibilities:
- Run day-to-day field operations from mobilization through project closeout
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, site safety, and quality control
- Coordinate work within active industrial and manufacturing facilities
- Lead jobsite meetings and maintain communication with project teams
- Keep projects moving safely, on schedule, and up to quality standards
- Solve field issues and provide strong onsite leadership
Qualifications:
- 5-7+ Years Superintendent experience with a General Contractor
- Experience managing industrial and/or manufacturing construction projects
- Experience on projects $100M+ preferred
- Strong leadership and scheduling experience
- Experience working in occupied or operational facilities preferred
- Stable work history and team-oriented mentality

Pay: $130,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
