Duties
- Supervise and coordinate team members to ensure smooth daily operations, including food preparation, serving, and cashiering.
- Prepare and assemble food items according to established standards, maintaining quality and presentation.
- Operate POS systems for processing sales, handling cash transactions, and managing retail sales accurately.
- Deliver excellent customer service by taking orders, upselling menu items, and resolving any guest concerns promptly.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace by adhering to food safety standards, sanitation protocols, and proper food handling procedures.
- Manage cash register operations, process payments efficiently, and handle cash handling responsibilities with accuracy.
- Support inventory management by restocking supplies, operating kitchen equipment safely, and ensuring food safety compliance.
Requirements
- Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred but not needed, we will train.
- Demonstrated knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety management, and sanitation practices.
- Familiarity with POS systems experience with cashiering is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently.
- Basic math skills for processing cash transactions and retail math calculations.
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain a clean workspace in accordance with health regulations.
- Retail store or grocery store experience is advantageous but not required; a passion for the food industry is essential.
